Leah Paulley is the owner of In The City Fitness......
Leah graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2009 with a Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Her first physiotherapy position was in Shropshire PCT as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Leah is currently based at The Gym Group, Birmingham and Newport Salop RUFC.
Leah has a strong passion for health and fitness and in 2010 she gained a Level 3 diploma in Personal Training from Premier International. In 2011 Leah qualifed as a Level 4 sports massage therapist.

In July 2012, Leah joined Newport Salop Rugby Club. She works on pitchside and provides physiotherapy treatment at training sessions.
